Well, it's here people. Another 30 days and lots more inches and pounds lost. We hope you'll continue on with us as we enter by either doing a 5K, or trying out the 30 Day Shred.
I can honestly speak for both Bill and myself in that it definitely changed our lives.
And our asses.
