I don't often discuss my sex column or upcoming book about sex for moms because it doesn't completely relate to what we talk about here on the Shredheads blog. Although, feeling great about your body can really help your sex life.

Today on my weekly sex podcast (it's tamer than it sounds, really), we're talking about Sexercising - basically, this new trend in pole dance and strip tease classes at local gyms and other fitness centers. I've yet to actually take a class, but I'm curious to know if anyone has and how the workout has been.
Sex itself burns a fair amount of calories, so I imagine swinging from a pole is pretty good as well. Plus, the idea of spicing up your sex life and your workout routine is pretty appealing.
