Formula:
One month of the 30 Day Shred + One month of Weight Loss Yoga and Cardio Max (alternating 20 minutes a day) + One month of 5K training (1-2 miles, 3x a week) + No eating after 8pm + Only water (and some booze) + breastfeeding + just making better eating choices =

YES YOU CAN!
My current formula involves around 10 miles of running per week with a few days of short 20 minute workouts, including pilates and the 30 Day Shred.

Wow! You look amazing. And you are a TRUE inspiration!

That is amazing. I have both the P90 and P90X programs as well as numerous other videos of varying types but have not stuck with anything. I quit going to the gym a couple of years ago and have accumulated 15 extra pounds around my middle, butt, and thighs and I hate it. I'm currently downloading Couch to 5k podcasts and considering buying the Shred DVD (though I'm torn on that as I don't use the ones I do have).
I LOVE seeing before and after pictures since they're so inspirational. You look amazing!!

You look fabulous! Congratulations.
I'm on week 2 of Couch to 5K now - it's strangely easier on my knees than the shred video was. We'll see how it goes!

You look absolutely amazing, truly inspiring! I started the 30 day shred program with you and stuck with it for the duration but had a difficult time finding something to do after the shred. I'm NOT a runner. Sadly, I haven't worked out consistently since...I just ordered Mel B's workout program on Netflix and am going to get back on the bandwagon. Your picture and story inspires me. Must get back into the workout habit.

You'll get slimmer much quicker just by quitting the sodas and coffees. Some fine choices of protein include a can of black beans, salmon, lean meat, tuna, or chicken.

I just got the 30-day Shred DVD. I've been living overseas, so don't know anything about it except what Kristen's mentioned on Motherhood Uncensored. We recently snagged a DVD player and not ready for HD tv, but haven't got cable yet.
I begin Monday. I need to lose much more than the 'baby weight' K needed to drop. Heck, I needed to lose way more than that before I ever got pregnant! Still, it's a start.

Fuck!! I am throwing those chocolates away and shoving that DVD in immediately. The baby is almost 4 months old , and I am ready to feel good in my clothes again.
