I'm totally with you. I have seen awesome effects with Jillian's Boost Metabolism -- I apparently need that type of drenched-in-sweat cardio to get results.

It *is* long though, challenging for a daily basis sort of thing. One day I dealt with this by fast forwarding through the 2nd repetition of each circuit.

I'm confused... who wrote this? Can you make the author of the post display? Then feel free to delete this comment.

Sorry for the confusion - it was me (Bill/DaddyIsTired). I'm doing the Team Jillian posts, and we'll figure something out to make that more obvious in the future...

well since it is confession time...
is anyone else finding that they want to work out more and more and more...even (GASP!) taking away from valuable computer and blogging time? Still I am loving the results thatks to Jillian and now Bob and I know what I want to be when I grow up. If I keep this activity level up I just might do it too.
