here are my stats and plan:
weight- 172.5 lbs
body fat % 25.5%
chest-38"
waist- 32"
hips- 41"
biceps- 12"
thighs- 21"
calves- 13"
Bob's weight loss yoga dvd 5 days a week
30 minutes cardio 5-6 days a week
30 minutes weights 3 days a week
1600 calories/day
track activity/diet/results using Lose It app.

Finish up last 7 days of 30 Day Shred
Alternate between Cardio Max and Weight Loss Yoga with Wii Fit & My Fitness Coach as time permits
Continue following Weight Watchers
Keep a daily calorie deficit of 500-750
