It figures that on my last day of the 30 Day Shred, Margot would scream through almost the entire thing.
On the bright side, I did everything without adapting or stopping, except for the scissor abs (I go up and down with those because I cannot hold them 3 inches above the ground) and the plank raises (a good adaptation is to do them in plank without the weights -- try it!).
But, um, YIPPEE! I did this workout for a full 30 days and boy did I see results.
Here was my plan:
1) Workout every morning before breakfast
2) Eat sensibly (I'm exclusively breastfeeding)
3) Drink only water (one alcoholic beverage a week)
4) No eating after 8pm
Day 1 vs Day 30 - Pretty Crazy, right?

Starting weight: Around 180
Ending weight: 168.5 (WOO!)
I don't see a huge difference from the last 10 days, but my pants are definitely looser and I lost 2 lbs, so something happened! Oh, and I fit into a size 10 pair of jeans.

Tomorrow we'll be sharing our pics and starting measurements. (Sure wish I had taken them before starting the 30 Day Shred because WHOA!). And we'll follow up with our diet and exercise plans. We even have a fancy spreadsheet to tally the results.
The only thing bigger is the baby. YIPPEE!

Oh my goodness! Those are some fabulous results! The proof is definitely in the pictures. I just finished Day 7 of level 1 and I can tell I'm getting stronger. I hope I see end results like that!

Woo! You look absolutely amazing. AMAZING! needed capitalization for extra emphasis. Just look at your toned belly and hips. Curvy curves galore!
I'm noticing that not much weight is coming off with these last few days of level 3. Here's hoping that it's because the fat is converting to muscle. My arms are getting the workout of their lives with that last strength set.
