I've been doing the 30 Day Shred for 20 straight days now. It has never been easy. And it's really not fun.
But damnit, it's working.
Based on my pre-workout stats, and my 10-day check in, I'm down about 9 lbs.
NINE.
That's right. I weighed in at just barely over 170lbs this morning!
Keep the following in mind:
a) I'm not eating many sweets
b) I'm only drinking alcohol once a week
c) I'm only drinking water or hot tea (with nothing in it)
d) I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 5 month old
e) I'm not eating past 8pm
But still, SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
So here's some visual evidence:
Day 1- 30 Day Shred
Day 10 - 30 Day Shred (Level 1, 3lb weights)
Day 20 - 30 Day Shred (Level 2, 3lb weights)
It's amazing what 20 days can do, huh?
[I'll update with Graduation prizes tomorrow! They're awesome! So stick with it, Shredheads!]

way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So maybe I do need to try it. I have the video sitting right here. I've even watched it once (which exhausted me) but maybe I will try it. I'd love great results like yours. I will do it, right after I finish this beignet. Really.

Congrats! I've noticed some results too after only 2 weeks. I forgot to take my measurements at the beginning. I took them after doing 1 week and then again after 2 weeks and I lost 2.5 inches total.

Woo hoo! Good for you! That is awesome and you look so happy in the last photo!
Alas, I have not lost an ounce, may even be up a pound or two (!!!). But, I'll post what my physical therapist had to say in terms of advice for me. (yes, sad to say, but I have a "physical therapist" in my life).

you look fabulous! i have to say that i love the obvious changes but most of all i love the smile you have too.
i took some pics which i will try to put up tomorrow. for me the weight is the same (dammit!) but i have lost about 5 inches all around. plus when i am sitting at the computer or in the mom car i don't have that annoying fat roll "dunlapping" over my jeans and pushing up into my chest making it awkward to breathe.

Congrats, you look fantastic. You really look so amazing, especially for just having your THIRD child five months ago.
You are going to make that blue bridesmaid dress your bitch, just wait and see. And yes, I am sorry I even complained about mine at all. So very sorry.

Congratulations! You are looking wonderful!!!
I actually just did level 2 again. I have been doing level 3 the past few weeks and was feeling the need for a little shake me up. It is definitely different then level 3. But I like both levels. I think I will switch them up as time goes on.

Good afternoon. Preserving health by too severe a rule is a worrisome malady. Help me! Help to find sites on the: Anti asthma. I found only this - propionate flonase. preventive effect of ketotifen a new antiallergic agent, on histamine induced bronchoconstriction in. Anti inflammatory or antiallergic agents were topically administered once or antiallergic agents did not affect disruption of the blood aqueous barrier. Best regards , Kenny from Hungary.

okay, i'm way late to the shred bit, but I'm 5.5 months postpartum and breastfeeding, and you've inspired me to give it a go. Wow! You look terrific on day 30. I'd just settle for less back fat jiggle. Hopefully I'll be half as successful as i have 12 lbs i need to drop.
