Diet Plan: I'm breastfeeding (5 months post partum) so I still need about 2800 calories per day.
Rules: Only drinking water. One alcoholic drink per week (I'm not crazy). No eating after 8pm. Dessert on Sundays only (I'll celebrate the Lord with some cake).
Shred Plan: Starting with Level One daily, 3lb hand weights.

Hi Kristen... I'm also breastfeeding my 5 month old and I started THE SHRED the end of January... I did good the first ohhh, 10 days... but lately it's been kinda hit and miss. It's hard and it hurts, like A LOT! Anyway... I'm with ya! I need to recommit to this torture.

How tall are you? Amazon woman? You so don't look anywhere near 180! I don't have the Shred, although I've been tempted by everyone talking about it. My husband would kill me, though, since we just got a wii & wii fit I promised I'd use, then turned around and bought My Fitness Coach. You, however, have inspired me to have my husband take embarrassing before pictures. Though, with my stretch marks after having twins, the internet will not be seeing me in a sports bra! A tank top is as horrifying as I will get.

Our pictures have to be with just a sports bra on? My jiggle-ness is going to be everywhere.

You look damned good for 5 months postpartum! I never, ever lost the baby weight for almost a year afterward. And, aren't you almost 6' tall? I think 180 sounds like more until you realize you aren't 5'1", you know?
I'll have to watch The Shred on Comcast today to see if I think I can do it. I can't do anything with too much bouncing---my 3rd baby killed my body for that and I'd rather not have to pick up my internal organs off the floor (but, wait, what do you think they weigh?).

There is no way you weigh 180 pounds, you should really step on a scale. I think you'd be surprised how little you actually weigh and might make you feel a little better!
