When we were potty training my daughter, we grabbed any pair of underpants that were covered Dora or those damn princesses that would fit her tiny little ass. Fortunately, those underpants were fairly modest and provided adequate bum coverage.
But try to find the older toddler preschool underwear that cover the butt and aren't covered in characters?
Good luck to you.
What's odd is that in all my searching, I hadn't even considered Hanes Kids in my searches. I'm not exactly sure why that is, because their reputation precedes them -- great quality, great fit, and great price.
So, when the opportunity presented itself for me to try them out, I'm jumped right on it.
Since my daughter is a skinny minny (and just barely a size 4), the only underpants that fit her are the Wedgie-Free briefs. They do offer a bikini style, as well as socks, but my little one doesn't quite fit those sizes just yet.
And just as I expected, the Hanes Kids briefs are fantastic. They fit her waist well, and you guessed it, NO WEDGIES. In fact, that's what she calls them: The underwear that don't give me wedgies.
I'll definitely be investing in more pairs, and I'm actually going to try them out myself once I can get back to wearing regular underpants as opposed to the gigantic pregnant woman things they try to call underwear.
Make sure you check out the rest of the Parent Bloggers Network reviews of Hanes. And what's great is that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so it cannot hurt you one bit or ONE CENT to try them. We'll be doing a Blog Blast with them on August 22 -- so stay tuned. Maybe you can win a few pairs!

Hanes would not refund my money when I contacted them after trying 4 differnt sizes of these horrible underwear. I've never had WEDGIES like this before.
