Febreze Candles

I'm actually not a Febreze user. My husband uses it like water. I mean he doesn't drink it, but I sometimes feel as though his survival depends on it.

I'm a bit more of a skeptic -- or really, it just scares me to spray something all over my furniture.

So, when they sent me the new Febreze candles, I was a bit more intrigued. Plus, my mother-in-law needed a birthday gift and what better than a candle that eliminates odors. It's almost as good as a vacuum cleaner.

Well, sort of.

I have to say, the packaging was a bit over the top. I thought I was getting a magnanimous surprise, when alas, it was only a candle.

But it was a very special candle. Not overpowering, pleasantly scented, and it didn't make me sneeze. That's a very good thing, because if you start getting sneezy over a candle, sometimes it's just better to leave the stench.

And so, I say check them out. They don't look like a smell eliminating candle (which is always nice), and from what I can tell, they definitely do the job.

And if not for yourself, for your OCD mother-in-law. She will definitely thank you. In fact, mine actually did.
