1) Get iTunes: http://www.apple.com/itunes/
2) Once you download it, install it, then open iTunes, on the left hand
side of the screen you need to click on "iTunes Store." Once the
store page loads, type in "motherhood uncensored" in the top right
search box and hit the return key.
3) Then you will be brought to a search results page for my show. You just
need to click on "subscribe" to get it for free.
4) Once you have subscribed, and when I put a new show up, and then
you open iTunes, iTunes will automatically download my latest show.
5) My new show will show up under "Podcast" on the upper left in iTunes.
You then double click on my show under the Podcast heading to
play it on your computer.
