Next time you're in Portland (like, if ever) you must bring that little thing over and play with my Boy Child. They'd have a blast.

Wouldn't that be great?!
Posted by: Shannon | October 06, 2008 at 12:52 PM
What a cutie patootie! If they arrived like that I might be convinced to have another...

Yes, if that were the case, I could still go out for a jog, or jump on a trampoline without feeling like I need to collect my internal organs.

Drew is the cutest little boy I have ever seen!!!! So creative too. Seems like you can get him to do anything... poses well for photos. Hello Hollywood?

Hee! Boxes are the best toys.
Posted by: Asianmommy | October 03, 2008 at 04:39 PM
Dude. You have my address, right? You can send that little pup C.O.D. any day. I'll take good care of him ;)
Posted by: marty | October 03, 2008 at 04:35 PM
LOL!! Way too cute! and you're right, if this were the way they actually came you know, we might save ourselves 40 weeks of nothing but agony and stretch marks!
Posted by: Krystal | October 03, 2008 at 04:13 PM
First-class I presume? :)
Posted by: The Other Sister-in-Law | October 03, 2008 at 01:40 PM
I dunno... I think the corners on that box would hurt coming out a lot more than any squishy baby shoulders ever did.
Posted by: LiteralDan | October 03, 2008 at 01:23 PM
How about gift wrapped?:-)

What an adorable photo. I agree that there were times during my pregnancy that I wished my baby arrived by post. But when I remember the feeling of life stirring in my belly happiness overcomes me and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world.

Taking off for the west, but I'll be waiting anxiously for your news!
Posted by: Rita Arens | October 03, 2008 at 12:26 PM
Am I the only one who's making a "coming out of the box" joke in my head? (yes, I know that "box" is outdated as well as kind of a gross reference, but come on!)
Posted by: Bill | October 03, 2008 at 12:18 PM
How cute!!! That would be perfect for when they got older and acted up you could always threaten them with, "Don't make me send you back to where you came from!"
Posted by: Hattie | October 03, 2008 at 11:50 AM
Oh it would be so much easier. I love that picture.
Hey, at least you didn't have her last night and decide to call her Alaska.
Posted by: Issa | October 03, 2008 at 11:33 AM
Yeah, but then you'd have to pay A CUTE TAX!
WTH? He's a total little MAN.
Can't wait to give you all a big sqeeze!
Posted by: the new girl | October 03, 2008 at 11:19 AM
He is tooo cute. I can remember you posting when he was BORN and now he's this little man!!!!!
Posted by: Shannon | October 03, 2008 at 10:23 AM
Amen, sister. In my first trimester now and suddenly remembering why I swore that I only wanted one. Having them arrive in the mail would be so much easier!
Good luck with everything!
Posted by: Carrie | October 03, 2008 at 10:08 AM
Oh yes! And even better it's priority mail!
Down side? Instead of worrying if you are the milkman's kid, you'd have to worry that you are the postman's!
Posted by: Jen | October 03, 2008 at 10:05 AM
Haha! That's too adorable!
Posted by: Mandi | October 03, 2008 at 09:53 AM
If that were only the case. Then there'd be no need for morning sickness. I might even have more than 2.
BTW, did I miss the diaper bag winner?
Posted by: Amanda | October 03, 2008 at 09:06 AM
Really? You think you could push the box out of your vagina as well?
Posted by: Manic Mommy | October 03, 2008 at 08:58 AM
How precious is he? Love the picture!
Posted by: April | October 03, 2008 at 08:46 AM
Very sweet!
Posted by: Amy | October 03, 2008 at 08:22 AM
And when the terrible twos come, you can put them back in and "return to sender".
Posted by: Jill in Atlanta | October 03, 2008 at 08:05 AM
Hilarious and adorable. If only, indeed.
Posted by: mrs.chicken | October 03, 2008 at 08:00 AM
